Role Overview: We seek a skilled REMOTE Construction Defect Attorney with 5+ years of experience to manage complex litigation matters, provide strategic counsel on insurance disputes, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Construction Defect experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the NV State Bar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110k - $180k annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
