We are looking for someone who has both ICU and Med/Surge experience and would not be uncomfortable working in either location. Also someone who has worked at either a critical access, or smaller organization again should work well.Intensive care unit nurse or critical care nurses are registered nurses who specialize in providing care in intensive care units of hospitals. Intensive care nurses are always in demand. As healthcare becomes more advanced, the percentage of critically ill patients requiring expert care continues to rise.
