Job Opportunity: Registered Dietitian Consultant
Location: Long Beach Area, CA
Hours: 35-38 hours per week
Residency Requirement: Must reside in Los Angeles/Orange County
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Dietitian Consultant to join our team in a long-term care setting at a skilled nursing facility in Long Beach, CA.

- Remote Flexibility: 60-75% remote work, with mandatory in-facility presence for rounds, IDT meetings, and physical assessments.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a nursing home, renal facility or hospital setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food/Nutrition required, Master's degree preferred.
- Certification: Must be a current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) as confirmed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Personality: Friendly, able to follow directions, and a quick learner.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with kitchen/sanitation audits.
- Must have excellent clinical skills and organizational abilities.
- Hiring corporations, LLCs, or S-corps only (open to candidates willing to form their own corporations/companies).
