📍 Hybrid – Los Angeles, CA | 🕐 Full-Time | 3 days in the office for onboarding, and then negotiable.
💰 On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
We’re a high-growth healthcare staffing agency based in Los Angeles, and we’re hiring an experienced Agency Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. You’ll be working on travel assignments across hospitals nationwide, placing nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals. You’ll get active job orders and warm leads—but you’ll also need to source new candidates and own the full recruiting process.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Recruit for hospital-based travel roles including RNs, MDs, NPs, and allied health
- Convert inbound leads and actively source new candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Vivian Health, and other platforms
- Build relationships with licensed clinicians, manage their assignments, and guide them through onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in our CRM
- Collaborate in-person with our team in Los Angeles
✅ Requirements:
- Must have healthcare recruiting experience placing clinicians in hospital settings
- 1+ year of agency recruiting experience or medical sales experience
- Experience placing travel nurses, physicians, or allied health professionals or selling in the medical industry
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Vivian, and healthcare job boards
- CRM fluency and ability to manage multiple candidates at once
- High-energy, fast-moving, goal-oriented mindset
