Location: Nashville, TN (Primary) or Knoxville, TN
Travel: 25–50% to client sites
Compensation: $80,000+

Our client is opening a new office in Nashville and are seeking ambitious, high-energy professionals to join us as we scale. This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a huge impact.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit skilled workers (e.g., servers, bartenders, general labor, etc.)
Serve as the face of our company at client sites – regular onsite visits (25–50% travel)
Own the client relationship: account management, hiring plans, and workforce success
Leverage our proprietary tools to find, match, and place candidates efficiently
Collaborate with leadership and influence hiring strategy from day one
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales
Previous experience with clients in high-volume, operational environments
Gritty, motivated, and people-first mindset
Comfortable working in a high-energy, hands-on environment
Experience at comparable organizations is a huge plus
Must be based in Nashville or Knoxville – hybrid with client travel required
Able to think fast, solve problems, and drive impact.
