What You ll Do :
- Source Candidates : Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards social media and professional networks.
- Create Job Postings : Write compelling job descriptions and post them across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Screen Candidates : Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and enthusiasm for commissionbased sales roles.
- Coordinate Interviews : Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process.
- Evaluate Talent : Assess candidates skills and experience providing clear recommendations to the hiring team.
- Support Onboarding : Assist new hires in transitioning smoothly into their roles within the team.
- Track Performance : Build and maintain detailed analytics and reports to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.
