Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid – 1–2 Days Onsite/Week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
About the Role
Our global client is looking for a Recruiter to join the team in a 4-month contract role supporting engineering and maintenance hiring . This hybrid opportunity in Richardson, TX involves managing a high-volume requisition load (20–30 reqs) while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates across engineering and maintenance roles
- Manage 20–30 active requisitions concurrently
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs
- Use sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to identify top candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking using an ATS
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- ATS experience (Avature a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong conflict resolution skills
- Previous agency recruiting experience is a bonus
