Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of light industrial and clerical roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temp-to-hire positions
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within ATS systems
- Coordinate onboarding and communicate regularly with hiring manager
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in temp-to-hire or staffing agency recruitment (required)
- Comfortable working onsite, in-office full-time
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional communication skills
