Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch with Agent Implementation Trackers at 100% completion
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Generate Leads for a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• MUST either be actively in the process of applying for a real estate license or already possess a current, active real estate license

• Proficient in understanding clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable homes
• Committed to continuous learning
• Goal-driven
• High school diploma holder or higher
