Our company began developing single-family homes in California in 2014. We currently own two parcels of land in Southern California. One of these, located in Ontario, CA, is set to undergo pre-construction and horizontal improvements 。

Role Description

Ruier LLC is seeking a part-time hybrid Residential General Contractor to oversee the construction of a new residential development comprising 32 single-family homes. This role involves managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction till the end, including seeking qualified subcontractors, supervising subcontractors on site, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. While some remote work is acceptable, the role is primarily based on-site in Ontario, CA. The general contractor license would be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience in Horizontal Improvements.
• Negotiation with subcontractors
• Expertise in Construction Management, Building Codes, and Project Management
• Extensive experience in residential construction, particularly in new build projects
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and raw materials
• Proficiency in construction software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus
