What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting and negotiating leases, purchase agreements, and development contracts
- Managing real estate transactions across office, retail, industrial, and energy sectors
- Conducting due diligence, reviewing title/survey, and supporting financing deals
- Collaborating across real estate, tax, land use, and corporate teams
About You
- 3–6 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
- Leasing and acquisitions experience preferred
- Admission to the California Bar required
- Comfortable navigating varied deal types with high-profile clients
