Job Description
Job Summary:
The QuickBooks Clerk will perform administrative duties for the accounting department to support the company's operation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Taxes
- Billing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Purchasing
- Employee Federal and State Regulated forms and requirements
- In-house computer information system - will be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining all information within QuickBooks and any other programs within the company’s structure

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least four years of QuickBooks experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : From $45,000 Annually
