Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual - Spanish)

📍 East New York, Brooklyn

💼 Full-time | $147K–$150K per year

We’re seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner fluent in Spanish to join our team in East New York, Brooklyn. In this role, you’ll provide psychiatric care, prescribe treatments, support chronic care management, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. This is a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities over nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and medication management
• Prescribe and evaluate care plans within scope
• Guide patients and families through education and resource planning
• Supervise nursing team (Head Nurse, LPN, Certified Med Techs)
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical training initiatives

Requirements Include:

• Master's degree in nursing with psych focus
• NY State RN or NP license
• At least 3 years of clinical psych nursing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and leadership skills

📅 Must be flexible with hours beyond the traditional 9–5
