Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects—from preconstruction planning and design review to procurement, execution, and closeout—ensuring seamless transitions and consistent quality throughout.

• Strategic Leadership: Provide clear direction and leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and proactive problem-solving to meet project goals.

• Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop detailed project schedules and robust budgets, monitor progress regularly, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain alignment with project objectives.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, implement effective mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold strict adherence to industry safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks, ensuring every project meets the highest levels of performance and compliance.

Requirements and Expectations:

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of project management experience.

• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is required; additional certifications (PMP, Lean, etc.) are highly desirable.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of project management tools, scheduling software, and cost control methodologies, coupled with a deep understanding of construction practices and regulatory standards.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative partnerships.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.
