If you take pride in your work, hold people accountable, and believe in doing things the right way — you’ll fit right in here.

  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain CPM schedules, facilitate pull planning, and hold subcontractors accountable for schedule commitments.
  • Operations Coordination: Oversee RFI, procurement, and submittal processes; ensure project documentation accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and collaborate closely with Superintendents to keep field operations fully supported.
  • Owner & Architect Relations: Build trust-based relationships through consistent, transparent communication and problem-solving.
  • Meetings: Lead and document weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
  • Business Development: Participate in interviews to help Nunn win new work and represent the company professionally in the community.

  • No more than 2 employers in 5 years and no more than 3 employers in 10 years.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 2–10 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects — especially K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare, municipal, or advanced manufacturing/technology.
  • Must be a U.S. resident with strong professional references.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – eligible the first of the month after 60 days.
