💼 About the Role:
As Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Managing project teams (Superintendents & Engineers)
✅ Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules
✅ Overseeing subcontractor coordination and negotiations
✅ Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site
✅ Handling estimating, change orders, and project reporting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years’ experience managing asphalt paving and heavy civil projects
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, grading, and road construction techniques
✔️ Proven experience leading projects from $10M to $50M
✔️ Expertise in budget control, project scheduling, and contract management
