Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following capabilities:

Leading the development, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of information technology planning processes.
Developing and presenting solutions scenarios on the execution and timing of information technology work activities in enterprise-wide portfolio considering budgetary and resource constraints.
Defining strategy and providing direction to maintain a comprehensive information technology planning function focused on enabling the most efficient and effective delivery of service across the enterprise.
Defining, implementing, and managing strategies and processes to support an ongoing IT planning process that accurately captures the enterprise-wide portfolio of activities and associated resource capacity and demand projects over the first 1-2 years of the contract.
Serving as the escalation point of contact to resolve conflict and/or issues related to changes in existing work activities in the project portfolios.
Developing and implementing analysis and reporting tools for communicating departmental wide portfolio activities; auditing, monitoring, and leading correction processes to ensure project and resource data are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management, MBA preferred.
