Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager (P&C Domain experience is must)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within the program.
  • Align projects with business goals, ensuring all deliverables contribute to overall objectives.
  • Manage resources across projects, optimizing their use to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication between project teams, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the budgeting process for the program, ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are addressed.
  • Address conflicts, resolve issues, and drive solutions to keep projects on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • PMP , PgMP , or Scrum Master certification preferred.
