Opportunity to join ARCTIC CAT as a Product Support Representative. Key responsibilities in this important role include communicating (phone, email) with dealers and other customers to resolve issues around orders, quality, warranties, etc. and participating in special projects as assigned.
Must be technically/mechanically minded, service-oriented, and able to learn and understand new powersports products and systems. The Product Support Representative will be the point person for Tracker dealer communications.
This is a salaried, full-time position located on-site in Thief River Falls, MN.
