Sole Hire LLC is proud to be leading the recruitment efforts on behalf of our client a distinguished name in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a skilled Processing Technician to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient and costeffective production processes.

Position Overview:

The Processing Technician is responsible for a range of duties focused on the establishment and optimization of moldrelated processes. This role is crucial in determining the most efficient methods for injection molding to enhance product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and development of new molds.
  
• Conduct mold trials samplings and pilot runs to ensure quality.
  
• Establish and document injection molding processes for new molds and scientific molding opportunities.
  
• Provide detailed feedback to engineering on tooling performance and conditions.
  
• Determine labor requirements and suggest automation and auxiliary equipment to optimize costs.
  
• Maintain accurate machine specifications and molding process files.
  
• Offer leadership and training on molding applications.
  
• Assist production and plant managers in evaluating supervisor performance from a processing perspective.

• Proficient in mold storage handling and operation of injection molding equipment.
  
• Skilled in using micrometers calipers and other inspection devices.
  
• Committed to safety and using all necessary precautions.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
  
• Experienced in setup and formal processing training.
  
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety requirements for molds and equipment handling.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds with the potential need for heavier lifting.
