Job Description

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, increasing production efficiency, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Machining, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.

Position Overview: The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing production processes. The Process Engineer will identify areas of process improvement, design and implement new processes, and ensure that all processes meet quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements and new processes to reduce costs, streamline production, and improve process efficiency.
• Conduct process analysis, including cycle time, throughput, and defects.
• Identify and address areas of process variability.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Machining, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
