An AmLaw-ranked law firm with an exceptional Private Wealth Services practice is seeking a talented mid-level associate (4+ years) to join their team in South Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in sophisticated work involving business succession planning, estate planning, tax strategy, and complex business transactions.

What You'll Do:

• Counsel individuals and family-owned businesses on succession and tax planning.
• Advise on corporate, LLC, and partnership structures tailored to high-net-worth clients.
• Draft critical documents related to estate planning and business transactions.
• Collaborate closely with highly experienced attorneys in a supportive, collegial environment.

Qualifications:

• LL.M. in Taxation (required).
• Strong academic background.
• Exceptional document drafting skills.
