They are looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead PCB design from schematic through production, mentor other engineers, and support long-term hardware development for use in high-demand factory settings.

Three Awesome Reasons to Work Here:

  • Make a Real Impact on Modern Aircraft - Your work directly supports how today's aircraft are built and maintained.

  • Mentor engineers on PCB and electrical best practices.
  • Daily use of Altium for schematics, layout, and documentation.

What You Need:

  • 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with strong PCB design expertise.
  • Fluent in Altium; production-level board bring-up and validation.

  • Proven track record of mentoring and leadership.

We'd Be Thrilled If You Have:

  • Motor control / robotics experience
  • Familiarity with rugged or industrial environments
  • Supplier sourcing and validation ownership
  • Embedded C/C++ or Python familiarity

What's In It for You:
