Powder Coating Production Support (1692100) $16-17 per hour DOE

Daily Workflow:
» Assist in manufacturing when required
» Perform hand operations such as filing, deburring, cleaning, disk grinding
» Work in Assembly when required
» Maintain production efficiency and standards at maximum levels
» Maintain quality and quantity levels
» Hang raw parts on racks to prepare for coating process
» Load finished powder coated parts into oven
» Remove parts from oven after prescribed time and allow to air cool
» Record production activity into the ERP computer system
» Replenish cleaning tack with battery acid mixture
» Safely dispose of wastewater and record PH levels
» Some lifting required, up to 50 pounds
» Maintain excellent communication with other department staff
» Consistently work on process improvement
» Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
» Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
» Works to learn coating parts
» Other duties as assigned
We’re Seeking:
» Has a High School Diploma/GED
» Good verbal communication
» Eager to learn
» No experience required
» Heavy lifting required, up to 50 lbs.
» Follows policies and procedures as directed
» Must be able to pass a background check
» Must be able to pass a drug test (THC OK)
Schedule:
» Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
