Job Description

Painter Job Duties:

• Washes, sands, and/or smooths interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting or applying other related materials.
• Cleans equipment, paint mixing area and work area.
• Operates compressors, air dryer, spray equipment and other power equipment.
• Other Miscellaneous Jobs
• Heavy Lifting Required
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area

Required Skills:Excellent Math and Decimal Reading; Problem Solving; Attention to Detail & Quality; Mechanical and Technical Skills; Blueprint reading; Strong Communication Skills; Tape Measure Reading; Time Management; Organizational Skills; Applicant must have knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials and application techniques common to the powder coating trade; Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat and reach overhead; Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours per day. 

Education:12 months previous experience.
