**Patient Care Coordinator**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional **Patient Care Coordinator** to join our team at Landford Plastic Surgery. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing a luxury experience and delivering outstanding customer service, while managing patient leads, coordinating consultations and procedures, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end customer-facing positions who thrives in a dynamic and patient-focused environment that is centered around wellness and beauty from the first point of contact to post-procedure care.

A strong sales mindset is essential—this role involves making up to 50 outbound calls per day to follow up with leads and patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Patient Experience Excellence

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients, ensuring an exceptional, personalized experience aligned with the high standards of Landford Plastic Surgery
• Strive to exceed revenue targets while ensuring patient satisfaction through exceptional service
• Drive brand awareness and convert new leads to surgical procedures

Coordination

• Manage new patient leads by initiating contact promptly and following up consistently to schedule consultations for aesthetic and surgical procedures
• Leverage sales experience to guide patients through the decision-making process
• Educate potential patients on available procedures and aesthetic treatments
• Review expectations and successfully screen qualified patients

Patient Care

• Work closely with Dr. Wilmina Landford to schedule and prepare patients for consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries, providing comprehensive information and guidance at each step
• Provide cost estimates, schedule procedures, prepare and communicate surgical fees, and collect deposits and payments.
• Coordinate pre- and post-op requirements and appointments to ensure optimal outcomes and a positive experience
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients, offering ongoing support and follow-up throughout the patient journey, ensuring all their questions are addressed
• Provide superior customer service throughout every touchpoint

Administrative Duties

• Manage patient records, maintain appointment schedules, and handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and thorough responses

**Qualifications**

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferably within the beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or fashion industries
• Proven ability to make up to 50+ outbound phone calls daily to surgical leads, persuasively booking consultations and effectively following up post-consultation to secure surgery bookings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building rapport for an elite patient experience
• Passion for providing white-glove customer service and creating memorable patient experiences
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a drive for results consistent with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong negotiating skills to persuade and influence others
• Participates and works well in a team-based environment
• A professional, polished appearance and demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in social media and enthusiasm for the aesthetic industry
• Professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to embracing company culture
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred but not required
