Job Description
A leading surgical services group in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA to assist in spine surgery. This is an operating room ONLY position. No multi-level scoliosis cases.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.
- Surgical Time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.
- Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required.
- Salary: $140,000 - $150,000/yr based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of spine surgery first assist experience.
