Physical Therapist Assistant
Milford, DE
Currently seeking a full time and permanent Physical Therapist Assistant to treat in specific zip codes of Sussex County, DE area for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (some flexibility) - currently no weekends or holiday rotation!
Compensation and Benefits for Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from approximately $28.00 - $37.00 per hour (depending on years of experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed!

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Conduct in home visits for adult and geriatric medicare patients in specific zip codes of Sussex County, DE
- Productivity required: total of 6 points per day, where an admission counts as 2 torward, recerts and evals are 1.25, and revisits are 1
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Prior geriatric clinical experience is highly preferred
