Position: Performance Enterprise Architect
Location: San Diago, CA (Day one Onsite – All 5 days a week)
A Performance Enterprise Architect focuses on ensuring optimal system performance and scalability within an organization's overall IT strategy. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing systems to meet performance requirements, identifying, and resolving bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams. Key responsibilities include performance testing, architectural improvements, and ensuring systems align with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize system performance to meet business requirements, including scalability, response times, and resource utilization.
- Identify performance bottlenecks within applications and infrastructure and develop solutions to eliminate them.
- Conduct performance testing, analyze results, and implement monitoring solutions to ensure ongoing performance.
- Contribute to the design of systems and applications, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of performance improvements.
Technology Strategy Alignment:
- Ensure that performance-related architectural decisions align with the organization's overall technology and business strategies.
- Develop and implement Enterprise Performance Engineering Strategy, Roadmap aligning to the organizational vision and growth strategy.
- Implement performance framework, best practice, and standards.
- Define/ Review performance requirements and SLAs.
- Build performance test plan, tool strategy, automation roadmap and CICD integrations and other innovative solutions.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex performance issues.
- Lead the performance engineering team across PTLC.
- Develop and publish technical and executive dashboards.
- Implemented large scale performance testing on Cloud architectures.
- Should have proven experience on the ability to interface with Business stakeholders, CXO and other peer stakeholders. .
- Should have proven experience on his/her ability to garner mind share of client executives.
- Skills: AWS/Azure Cloud architectures, PT solution architecting, PT tools like Jmeter, LoadRunner, CI/CD.
