Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Enterprise Performance Engineering Strategy, Roadmap aligning to the organizational vision and growth strategy
- Implement performance framework, best practice, and standards
- Define/ Review performance requirements and SLAs
- Build performance test plan, tool strategy, automation roadmap and CICD integrations and other innovative solutions
- Ability to analyse and solve complex performance issues
- Lead the performance engineering team across PTLC
- Develop and publish technical and executive dashboards
- Implemented large scale performance testing on Cloud architectures
- Should have proven experience on the ability to interface with Business stakeholders, CXO and other peer stakeholders.
- Should have proven experience on his/her ability to garner mind share of client executives
- Skills : AWS/Azure Cloud architectures, PT solution architecting, PT tools like Jmeter, loadrunner, CI/CD
