National company has an immediate hire opening for a Payroll Specialist at the Greensboro NC office location.
This role is great for someone with high volume. Multi-state payroll experience.
The role is offered as a temp role for 4 months with potential for perm hire. Pay rate will be $33.65 per hour (70K salary range)
This will be an in office role.
Insights into the role:
- 5 payrolls per week
- Total of 2300 employees
- Payroll is done on a weekly basis
- ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
- Payroll Tax experience is preferred
- Multi-State experience (Region will be in the SE)
- 401(k) experience – Fidelity is used
- Excel experience – preferably pivot tables and lookups
- Prevailing wages/Certified payroll
