As a Patient Support Specialist, based in the Kansas City metropolitan area, you'll answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, enter patient data into medical systems and communicate effectively with patients. You'll also schedule all new and existing patients with providers, and connect callers with providers or clinics as needed.
We're seeking candidates who are passionate about patient care, love talking on the phone, and have a minimum of one year experience performing patient scheduling tasks in a contact center environment. A High School Diploma and clean background check are also a must!
