Temporary Part-Time Operations Support Specialist

• Hybrid (On-site 1x/week in Woodland Hills, CA)
• Part-Time | Contract | 5 Months
• $20–$26/hour

We're hiring a Temporary Part-Time Operations Support Specialist to support a corporate customer care team while their operations manager is on maternity leave. This 5-month contract role is perfect for someone who enjoys task-driven work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a knack for organization and documentation.

Schedule:

• Part-time: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM (PST)
• Hybrid: On-site Tuesdays, remote rest of the week

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update internal documentation and tracking sheets
• Support promotional updates and customer-facing content
• Assist with report prep, form submissions, and list management
• Monitor internal processes and follow-up on escalations
• Provide general administrative and project-based support

What You Bring:

• Experience with documentation, data entry, or customer service support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ideally Salesforce and Slack
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable handling recurring and ad hoc tasks
