MilkingCloud is an innovative agri-tech company providing advanced herd management solutions for dairy farms. We are expanding our U.S. operations and looking for a motivated Sales & Support Associate to join our team part-time in Staples, Minnesota.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with lead generation and local sales activities
• Communicate with dairy farms and distributors to introduce and promote our products
• Provide first-level support to customers using our software and devices
• Help with product demonstrations and training when needed
• Coordinate with the main team for escalated support and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
• Comfortable with tech tools and mobile applications
• Background or interest in agriculture, dairy, or livestock industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Based in or near Staples, MN
Work Schedule:
• Approx. 15–20 hours per week
• Flexible hours with occasional travel in Central Minnesota
