Boutique Trust & Estate, Tax Planning, and Corporate Law Firm in Austin, TX seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team!
Details:
- Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 (flexible, DOE)
- In addition to a base salary, candidates will be eligible for year-end discretionary bonuses as well as quarterly profit sharing bonuses
- Practice area focus: Estate Planning, Tax Planning, and Corporate Law
- Benefits include generous PTO, stipends to go towards insurance policies and retirement, maternity & paternity leave, and profit sharing
- Onsite schedule in Austin, TX
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal in any of the above practice areas (a combination would be great)
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate highly preferred
- Very strong writing / drafting skills!!
- Someone who is a critical thinker and can be analytical with the cases, not just someone who is told what to do and mechanically does it.
- Strong organizational, editing, and technological skills
