Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing test matrices with project leads
- Mixing and preparing paint for testing
- Programming paint robots
- Adjusting paint properties to achieve quality targets
- Spraying test panels and parts per testing matrices
- Running trials and adjusting parameters
- Supporting maintenance and cleaning of paint equipment
- Checking paint equipment for proper operation
- Using paint measurement instruments

- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with paint manufacturing, formulation, or testing
- Additional related certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
