JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Company fee - 9%
- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $250 (weekly)
- Trailer rent: - flatbed $350 weekly (equipment included)
- Physical damage insurance 7% of the truck's value (monthly, optional)
- Pre-pass $30 (monthly)
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly)
