Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Analyst to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data visualization, SQL, and either PowerBI or Tableau. The role involves working closely with finance, supply chain management (SCM), and human resources (HR) teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Visualization: Utilize Oracle Fusion to create, manage, and optimize data visualization solutions. Use tools like PowerBI or Tableau to present data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- SQL Expertise: Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources within the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with finance, SCM, and HR teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and implement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing best practices in data validation, cleansing, and governance.
- Healthcare Industry Focus: Leverage prior experience in the healthcare industry to address unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization using Oracle Fusion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Domain Expertise: Experience working within finance, SCM, or HR teams.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
