Job Description

Compensation: $20/hr

Availability: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm.

As the face of the firm, you are essential to the experience we are committed to creating for the customers, guests, and team members. In this role, you will greet and direct visitors while supporting various office and administrative duties to ensure daily office operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all departments across the organization as you facilitate various team activities. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Screen incoming callers, address, and route questions appropriately
  • Receive, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; assist with outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to executive team members as needed
  • Coordinate meeting logistics as requested
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and on-site event logistics, including scheduling, ordering of food/beverages for Grub in the Hub days
  • Order, distribute, and maintain office supplies, including the coordination of office equipment repairs
  • Provide and manage access badges to team members.
  • Maintain the appearance of all facility common areas, including kitchens, conference rooms, copy rooms, etc.
  • Participate and provide local support on various initiatives
  • Collaborate with the coordinators at all locations for ideas and to ensure the events are executed consistently across the company within a specified budget
  • Advance goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, stewardship, and workflow management, while leveraging the core value
