Job Title: Licensed COTA – In-Home Functional Living Support

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area
Compensation: $42-$46 per visit
Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

What You’ll Do:
- Carry out customized OT plans created by licensed OTs
- Guide clients through therapeutic activities focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive engagement
- Educate families on strategies and home modifications that support client safety and quality of life
- Participate in interdisciplinary team updates to ensure cohesive care
- Use clear, timely documentation to support clinical outcomes and compliance
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Home care experience is a plus—but training provided for COTAs ready to grow
