NICU Nurse Manager – Level IV NICU

We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to oversee operations in a Level IV NICU, offering care for the most critically ill newborns.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of NICU nurses and staff in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, family-centered care to neonates
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital leadership
- Drive operational excellence, staff development, and patient outcomes
- With help of multiple supervisors, you will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, hiring/firing, and the budget.
What We’re Looking For:
- RN with active Georgia license (or compact license eligible)
- Minimum 3 years of NICU leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or higher)
- Proven experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
- Strong team-builder with excellent communication and clinical leadership skills
