We're seeking a talented Mortgage Loan Officer/Processor to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
What You'll Do:
Client Interactions: Interview potential borrowers to gather financial information and answer questions.
Loan Processing: Process loan applications, including gathering documentation, running credit reports, and submitting files to underwriting.
Underwriting Support: Assist underwriters in clearing conditions and preparing loans for closing.
Closing Coordination: Coordinate with closing agents and ensure a smooth closing process.
What You'll Need:
Military Experience: Preferred.
Mortgage Experience: Previous experience in mortgage processing or origination.
VA Loan Expertise: Strong understanding of VA loan programs and guidelines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mortgage software (Calyx, Encompass, LendingQB, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
