Description:
- Design, configure, and implement Workday payroll integrations, with a focus on PECI-based solutions.
- Analyze client payroll requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies.
- Develop and maintain integration templates, mappings, and transformation logic for PECI files.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure successful data exchange and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Perform end-to-end testing of payroll integrations, including validation of data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during payroll implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support materials.
- Stay current with Workday updates, PECI enhancements, and payroll best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday payroll integrations, specifically PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
- Certified WD payroll integration expert.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related integration tools.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience working with global payroll vendors and multi-country payroll integrations.
