Role Description:
We are hiring full-time, part-time, employed, or contracted Medical Providers, at Lonerock Clinic. We are an integrated clinic that provides Primary Care, Mental Health (including Ketamine and Esketamine), and lifestyle services (Botox, massage, etc) to adults in the Eugene Oregon area. Providers can specialize in Primary Care, Psychiatry, or do a hybrid (if qualified). You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and monitoring progress. The role is located in Eugene, OR.
Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher medical license (MD,DO,PA,NP)
Licensed or able to license in the state of Oregon.
DEA license
Great evidence-based clinical skills
Fantastic bedside manner
