What You’ll Do:Support Day-to-Day Operations – Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth office operations and agent success.
Engage & Network – Represent the brokerage at company meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
Plan & Execute Events – Coordinate office meetings, training sessions, and sponsorship opportunities.
Recruit & Onboard – Assist in agent recruitment efforts and ensure seamless onboarding for new associates.
Agent & Staff Support – Act as a trusted resource for office managers and agents, providing guidance and problem-solving assistance.
Strengthen Vendor Relationships – Collaborate with affiliates and partners to enhance brokerage offerings.
What You Bring to the Table:A Real Estate License is required (Associate Broker License is a plus!)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
