Conduct thorough visual inspections of incoming low voltage wire harnesses for defects, damage, and compliance with specifications and staKey ndards
Perform electrical testing and continuity checks to verify proper functionality and connectivity of wire harnesses
Record and document inspection results
Identify and report and non-conformities or issues found during inspections to the appropriate stakeholders
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to provide feedback on inspection finds and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge: Understand of low voltage electrical systems, wire harness components, and inspection techniques. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wire harness manufacturing.
