Position: Low Voltage Installer – Physical Security Equipment
Client Base: Commercial Clients
Pay: $30 per hour + competitive benefits
Location: 90% travel within the region, with occasional longer-distance travel
Company Vehicles: Available from central hub locations; occasional use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement as needed
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Installer, specializing in physical security equipment installations for commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to maintaining strict turnaround times and quality standards for site walks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install physical security systems, including cameras, access control, and related equipment.
· Manage and organize cable installations to industry standards.
· Set up, configure, and troubleshoot networking and security equipment.
· Complete site walks and assessments according to company standards, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
· Adhere to project turnaround times and benchmarks.
· Travel frequently within the region, with some longer-distance assignments and occasional overnight stays.
· Maintain professionalism and comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in low voltage installations, specifically for commercial security systems.
· Knowledge of cabling, networking fundamentals, and security equipment installation.
· Ability to pass a background check.
· Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
· Flexibility to travel up to 90% of the time, with some overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Electrician Certification (preferred for enhanced versatility in installations).
· Experience with fiber and structured cabling.
· Experience with access control and alarm installations.
· Familiarity with Verkada or similar security equipment.
· Relevant state certifications.
· Knowledge of computer vision technology trends.
· Ability to bring additional qualified team members.
· Experience leading projects or coordinating on-site teams.
