Litigation Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a busy commercial litigation practice . The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of litigation experience , including e-filing in California state and federal courts .

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary.
• Proficiency with California state and federal e-filing systems .
• Experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 or 100 firm preferred.
• Ability to commute to Downtown Los Angeles .
