Job Overview: As the Legal and Resident Relations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and lawful interactions between residents, properties, and legal bodies. You play a pivotal role in our resident relations, offering solutions and supporting our community's well-being. Your work will not only involve handling important legal documents but also resolving real challenges that make a tangible difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities: - Draft, prepare, and review legal documents, vendor contracts, and letters of intent with precision and care.
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications among residents, properties, and legal counsel.
- Efficiently manage and resolve resident concerns, enhancing their living experience.
- Collect, analyze, and coordinate information to propose solutions to operational leadership.
- Provide robust administrative support to the operational and executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with real estate and multi-family housing terminology is ideal, but not required-we are excited to train the right candidate!
- Natural problem solver, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Skills and Experience: - Exceptional attention to detail with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adept at legal document handling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver outcomes.
- Experience in residential property management, real estate law, or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Legal Studies, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or similar role is advantageous.
