Role: Senior Java Developer / Lead Java Developer

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead architecture and development of complex, high-scale Java applications
• Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices
• Make key technical decisions and ensure clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 10+ years of strong hands-on Java experience

✔️ Deep expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

✔️ Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✔️ Proven ability to lead projects or teams end-to-end

✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Agile / Scrum experience
• Exposure to Angular or React
• Strong Git/version control knowledge
